How to Read the equivalencies
*Occasionally, lines in the Greek have been broken so that they correspond more closely line-by-line to H.D.'s translation. The break begins with a backslash (/) and continues to the nearest closing backslash. Line numbers have been adjusted accordingly.
* The dashes (-) indicate lines in H.D.'s translation with no corresponding Greek material, or lines in the Greek with no corresponding translation in H.D.
* The asterisks (*) indicate the end of a stanza in H.D.'s translation.
*Each color-coded word in the H.D. is linked to the CLOSEST word of corresponding color in the Greek. This is true within each stanza. If there is a repeated color after a break, it corresponds to a word within the new stanza.
*Words which are linked to Greek outside of the line-by-line breaks are unique in color. This happens very rarely.
*If, within a stanza, a color is unique to a Greek word, but appears multiple times in HD's text, it means that HD has repeated the word or series of words attached to the Greek multiple times, or has varied the repetition with equivalent meanings.
